In a recent live video on Bleacher Report there were six different proposed trades focused on the Washington Wizards. From trying to contend to jumping into a rebuild, there was little bit of everything being proposed.
Most of the trades, however, were focused on a rebuild. This does make sense though. The Wiz have been stuck in the forever spinning wheel of mediocrity for over 40 years. The closes they came to breaking the cycle was after the Gilbert Arenas fiasco which led to them nabbing John Wall and eventually Bradley Beal.
On top of that, most times when a front office is flipped over it means there is change coming.
